Rain in Odisha will continue for next three days, predicted the IMD on Monday. Rain will be experienced due to the influence of the Low Pressure Area (LPA) over the Bay of Bengal (BoB).

The IMD has issued Red alert for Bargarh district in Odisha. On the other hand an Orange alert has been issued for Cuttack, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, Angul, Deogarh, Sambalpur and Sundargarh. Rain on Odisha will be experienced for the next three days.
The Regional Meteorological Centre here in Bhubaneswar, predicted that rain is likely in light to moderate proportion over the next 24 hours. Districts such as Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Balasore are likely to experience heavy to extremely heavy rainfall.
