A tragic bike accident in Bhadrak district of Odisha killed two people and critically injured one person. The accident took place near Mataji Matha Chhak on the Jamujhadi road in Bhadrak district.
A motorcycle crashed into a road divider, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and leaving another critically injured.
The deceased have been identified as Gobinda Biswal and Biswajit Nayak from Gadi village in Chandimal (under Sanakrushnapur Panchayat). The critically injured person, Shibashankar Nayak, has been shifted to the Bhadrak District Headquarters Hospital.
The three were travelling towards Jamujhadi on a motorcycle when they collided with the divider at Mataji Matha Chhak. While Gobinda died on the spot, Biswajit and Shibashankar were admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
Doctors later declared Biswajit dead. As the three were close friends, the news of the two fatalities has cast a pall of gloom over the local area after the bike accident in Bhadrak.
