Recently, Ama Sathi WhatsApp Bot launched by Odisha Government for revenue grievance redressal. So when the world is going digital why should the Government of Odisha lag behind.
An X post on the official handle of the Chief Minister’s office informed about the development. The Unified WhatsApp Bot can be used to file your grievance, track its progress and stay updated in real time.
The X post read, “Governance that’s just a tap away. Revenue grievance redressal just got a digital glow-up with the ‘Ama Sathi’ Unified WhatsApp Bot.”
It is worth mentioning here that, the state government is committed to making the administration more transparent, accountable, and people-centric. The CM is further ensuring that government services and justice reach every citizen of society.
