There has been a loot in Bhadrak district of Odisha, a van driver was attacked, beaten up and robbed. A van driver was attacked near Bhadrak Bonth Square and Rs. 15,000 was robbed.
According to reliable reports, the victim of robbery was a resident of Bhadrak. He had gone to Jajpur from Bagudi Bazaar in a van to buy cold drinks.
While returning, three miscreants chased him near Bhadrak Bonth square. It has been reported that, the three miscreants stopped him near Matiapala Square and attacked him with a machete, and robbed him off Rs. 15,000
Post the loot in Bhadrak, the driver suffered serious injuries on his neck, hands and back due to the attack by the miscreants. The police have started an investigation after a complaint was filed at Bonth police station.
