There has been an accident in Aska of Ganjam district in Odisha on Friday. In the accident, one woman has died on the spot and another person is critical.
According to reliable reports, there has been a serial accident at Khadbagh in Aska. One woman has died, and has been seriously injured in a truck collision. The deceased woman and the seriously injured woman are from the local area said reports.
The speeding truck first hit a car on the roadside. Then it lost control and hit two women who were picking flowers nearby. One woman died in the incident on the spot, while the other has been seriously injured.
The seriously injured woman has been rescued and sent to Berhampur MKCG College and Hospital for treatment. The police have arrived and detained the driver and are investigating the incident.
The police have started an investigation into the circumstances under which the accident in Aska occurred and the speed of the truck. A shadow of mourning has been cast over the Khadbagh area following this incident.
