The fifth installment of the Subhadra Scheme will be credited on Rakhi Purnima. It will be like a welcome gift for women on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
The Chief Minister’s Office confirmed about the disbursement of the fifth installment of Subhadra Scheme in their X handle. “The fifth installment of the Subhadra Scheme will be credited on Raksha Purnima. A government firmly committed to the respect, empowerment, and self-reliance of women,” read the Tweet.
The Subhadra Scheme has infused new strength into the self-confidence and self-reliance of more than 1 crore women in Odisha, informed the tweet.
“With the success of over 25 lakh millionaire sisters, Odisha is scripting a new chapter in women’s entrepreneurship and economic independence. Along with the economic empowerment of families, Subhadra is providing mothers the opportunity to fulfill their own dreams,” the X post of the CMO further added.
The next Subhadra yojana installment state-level ceremony will be held in Nayagarh district of Odisha where fifth installment of Subhadra Scheme will be provided to over 1 crore women.
It is worth mentioning that the eligible beneficiaries who applied by August 28 will receive the fifth installment of Subhadra yojna. Previously excluded eligible beneficiaries will receive all five installments together.
