5th Installment of CM-KISAN

5th installment of CM-Kisan money will be credited to the account of beneficiaries today that is on August 4. The Chief Minister will hols a ceremony of the financial assistance in Bhubaneswar.

More than Rs 833 crore will be transferred to the beneficiary’s account through DBT. More than 41 lakh farmer families in the state will benefit.

The Agriculture and Farmer Empowerment Department of the Odisha Government will hand over the financial assistance amount under the ‘CM-Kisan’ (Rabi 2026-27) scheme on August 4.

This financial assistance amount will be provided by the Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at this special ceremony organized at the OUAT Krishi Shiksha Sadan in Bhubaneswar. More than 41 lakh small, marginal, specially backward tribal groups (PVTG) and landless farmer families of the state will directly benefit through this scheme.

A total of over Rs 833 crore will be directly disbursed to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through DBT, which will make the farmers of the state financially self-reliant and encourage them to engage in farming activities.

The Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Agriculture and Farmer Empowerment, Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, along with other dignitaries, will be present at the state-level programme. Other ministers of the government will also participate in the district-level programme and distribute the CM-Kisan installments.
