A mega sex racket has been busted in Bolangir district of Odisha, said reliable reports on Wednesday. The sex racket busted in Bolangir was being run by a couple, reports further added.
According to reports, as many as seven people have been arrested in this regard. As many as nine women have been rescued by the police.
The matter came to light when a minor reportedly became pregnant. A complaint was lodged at the local police station. The police then conducted a raid and caught people red-handed. Several other incriminating and objectionable material was found and seized by the police.
Further investigation revealed that the whole sex racket was being run by a couple. The arrested people are being questioned as to the origin of the racket and how deep the roots have spread. Further detailed reports awaited in this regard
