There has been a road accident in Khetri of Assam, in which as many as six people have been killed and six others injured. The accident took place on late Sunday night.
A private bus full of passengers reportedly rammed into a truck on National Highway number 27 near Guwahati in Assam. The injured passengers have been shifted to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for treatment.
According to reports, the impact of the road accident in Khetri was so great that, as many as six people lost their lives and as many as six people have been critically injured. The accident triggered a major jam on the national highway. The police probe into the matter is underway.
