Puri Srimandir Ratna Bhandar counting and inventory tostart shortly. This process will be completed by tomorrow that is September 1. The Ganati-Manati or the counting and inventory making will be conducted as per the rules and regulations stipulated by the Government of Odisha.
The Puri Jagannath Temple administration has been informed regarding the process of inventory making. There will be a meeting at 10 am to decide the further course of action. The Puri Collector, the SJTA chief administrator and the specific Sevayats will be present in the meeting.
The team that will be involved in the Srimandir Ratna Bhandar counting will include a gemologist, a jeweller, a camera team among others.
The cooperation of devotees is sought during this work. Reports further added that, steps have been taken or the protection and maintenance of the ornaments and other items in the Ratna Bhandar.
The government said that, the role of all parties involved in this process is very important. It has requested everyone to maintain order during the counting and cooperate with the prescribed process. The SJTA has added that all the norms prescribed by the state government will be strictly adhered to.
