A legal orientation Program in Odisha will be held for the first time ever by the state government. The State Minister Prithviraj Harichandan informed that in a major step to increase legal awareness and for better handling of legal matters, this decision has been taken.
He further emphasized that the legal orientation Program in Odisha will be held for all government leaders, additional government leaders and associate lawyers. This will help in better handling of cases and better management of legal matters.
The law Minister further said that since the law makers and layers associated with the government are bestowed with the task of representing the government in lower courts, they should be updated with the legal advancement.
The law department is planning the orientation to support them to create a better spirit in them. This will also help in capacity building. This program is expected to help them in the cases that they fight in the lower and the district courts.
