In a shocking incident, there has reportedly been a firing in Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha. The incident has left three people injured.
According to reports, the incident took place under the Bharatpur Police Station limits. It happened in a Ganesh Puja pandal near a hospital in Kolathia colony area. There has reportedly also been a group attack.
Reports further say that the firing in Bhubaneswar was blank firing, but a youth was attacked with handle of the gun and received serious injuries on his head.
Eyewitnesses say that there were as many as 30 to 40 youths who came in cars and launched an attack. As many as three people have been injured in the attack.
The police later reached the spot and collected the used cartridges and has started a detailed investigation in this regard. The police has identified the youth who fired the shots from a CCTV footage of the incident.
The others involved in the incident have also been recognized. A manhunt has been launched to catch the mischief mongers at the earliest. This is a developing story, detailed reports awaited in this regard.
