In a horrific road accident in Keonjhar district of Odisha, a couple has been killed on the spot. It has taken place near Dhurpada under the Keonjhar Town police station area.
A couple on a bike was killed in a truck collision. Both died on the spot after the accident. According to reports, the couple was riding a bike when a truck hit their bike near Dhurpada.
The impact was so severe of the road accident in Keonjhar that both the bike riders fell on the road. It is reported that both died on the spot. However, the identity of the deceased couple has not been found yet.
The truck that caused the accident is initially identified as being from Jagmohan area of Telkoi block. After the accident, the truck fled from the scene.
On the other hand, the Keonjhar Town police reached the scene of the accident and recovered two bodies. The police have also started an investigation to identify the cause of the accident and the truck that fled.
