Elephant spotted in Bhubaneswar city, the locals are in a state of panic following the incident. The injured elephant was spotted in Andharua area of Bhubaneswar.
According to reports, the injured elephant was found wandering outside the forest. There was severe injury to the left leg of the elephant. The elephant has been wandering outside the forest since last night.
The pachyderm was spotted standing about 200 meters away from the road for a long time. This caused panic among the locals.
Since the elephant is injured, concerns have also increased about its movement. People are panicking about what will happen if the elephant approaches the populated areas.
A team of the forest department has reached the spot and is monitoring the elephant’s movements. So the biggest question is how did the elephant’s left leg get injured? Was the elephant injured in an accident or is there some other reason behind the injury?
The forest department has started an investigation into this. The health of the injured elephant is being checked and efforts are being made to provide necessary treatment to the elephant spotted in Bhubaneswar.
