In a shocking incident, several Delhi schools received bomb threats on Monday, said reports. As soon as the threats were received, the school authorities informed the police. According to reports, the several schools all over the Capital City of Delhi received a bomb threat today.
Safety protocols were immediately undertaken by the Delhi Police. As a Standard Operating Protocol the schools were immediately vacated. However later, The police added that nothing abnormal was found in the schools.
The bomb disposal squad along with SHO and Police Station staff, reached the schools. The school premises were thoroughly checked and verified by the police. No evidence of any bomb or unusual activity was found in the schools.
In the matter of the Delhi schools receive bomb threat was treated with utmost priority by the police. The threat was received via an email, informed the school authorities to the Delhi Police.
ANI reported, “Multiple schools in Delhi receive bomb threat. Delhi Police say all safety protocols are being followed and a thorough check of the premises is being conducted. So far, nothing suspicious has been found.” Further detailed reports awaited in this regard as police investigation is underway in this matter.
