In a shocking incident, a massive 12-foot king cobra found inside Odisha temple said reports. The priest spotted the serpent while performing sandhya arati and was shocked.
According to reports, a 12-foot King Cobra was spotted inside Ratneshwari Temple near Chikiti in Ganjam district of Odisha. The snake was spotted in the temple during evening arati.
Reports further added that, on spotting the snake the priest immediately informed the snake helpline. The snake expert reached the spot and after nearly 30 minutes of effort it was trapped.
The local snake rescuers had to safely capture the serpent as it was a highly venomous snake. The king cobra was later released it into a distant forest.
