Poisonous liquor consumption in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh has reported killed nine to ten people so far. The authorities are investigating into the matter.
According to reliable reports, government teams of doctors and nurses are working continuously in the three affected villages. They are conducting door-to-door checks and identifying patients.
It is further worth mentioning that, the symptoms could indicate methyl alcohol poisoning, but this has not yet been confirmed. Patients are being stabilized in their homes and are then being referred for further treatment if required.
The authorities have further added that, the number of deaths could increase further. However, teams are working continuously to screen people in the poisonous liquor consumption in Sagar case and to treat them at the earliest. Further detailed reports awaited.
