Huge quantity of ID liquor seized in Odagaon of Nayagarh district in Odisha, said reliable reports. The Odagaon PS team got a tip off and conducted a raid.
According to reports, the Odagaon police station team intercepted an illegal ID liquor smuggling attempt near Rohibanka, Odagaon. On receipt of reliable information, a team of Odagaon PS conducted checking near Rohibanka.
Reports say that, one pickup van coming from Karchuli, Ganjam towards Odagaon was intercepted. On search a huge quantity of ID liquor seized in Odagaon was found to be transported without any valid license or permit.
Further, one accused person has been apprehended on the spot. A total 32,500 pouches containing 3,250 litres of ID liquor have been seized, informed Odisha Police.
