There has been a landslide in Joda of Keonjhar district in Odisha. The incident has led to the disruption of traffic. A major traffic jam was seen on the route.
According to reports, the landslide in Joda occurred at National Highway number 520 Baraba Ghat under Rugudi police station in Keonjhar district. It happened due to heavy and incessant rain all night long.
The said landslide occurred on one side of the highway as a result, motor vehicle movement has been disrupted. Keonjhar police have advised people traveling towards Rajamunda via Bhadrasahi need to be careful.
Meanwhile it is worth mentioning here that, there has been heavy rain in Badbil city. Due to this, water logging was seen in most parts of the city. This has led to traffic disruptions and affected the daily lives of the residents.
