Women looters are on the rise in the capital city of Bhubaneswar, said reports. Jewelry shops are the target of women looters. According to reports, CCTV footage was used to track down the women. They were looting jewellery from various stores across the city. According to latest reports, the Commissionerate police has arrested arrested three women.
Their Modus Operandi was explained by the police. They entered the shop and played the role of a customer and then they looted jewellery while trying to distract the salespersons. The Chandrasekharpur police have arrested three women looters in Bhubaneswar after receiving information in this regard.
A few days ago, a gold chain was looted from a woman near AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. However, when the woman resisted and chased her, one of the looters fell off the bike. The locals caught one of the looters and handed him over to the police. According to reports, some narcotics and a gun were recovered from him. However, such looting on a crowded road near AIIMS has raised several questions.
