There has been a series accident in Bhubaneswar yet again. A biker has been critically injured, said reliable reports. The accident has been reported from Kalinga Studio Square in Bhubaneswar.
According to reports, a young drunk woman driver was involved in the series accident in Bhubaneswar. She was in an inebriate state and was driving recklessly, said reports. The impact was so severe that the bike rider fell and was drenched in blood.
The car then went on to hit a number of other bike riders before it stopped. Eyewitnesses have alleged that the young woman who caused the accident was driving in a very badly drunk state.
Following the incident, there was an intense protest by the locals present at the scene. People blocked the car and created a ruckus, which caused a major traffic jam for some time.
Little later the police arrived on the spot and placated the angered locals. The injured youth has been admitted to the hospital. Police investigation is underway. They have seized the car and are interrogating the woman in question.
Another Series Accident In Bhubaneswar
On September 3, there was a similar series accident in Bhubaneswar in which three cars and two bikes were crushed to pieces.
Reliable reports said that, as many as three to four people were injured and were admitted to the Capital Hospital.
The accident took place near Mancheswar Industrial area in Bhubaneswar. An SUV driving at an unbelievably high speed rammed into two cars and two bikes parked at the side of the road.
Reports say that, the driver of the SUV was in a badly drunken state and that he lost control over the vehicle. In the accident, as many as three to four people who were standing beside the road have been injured.
The police reached the spot and the driver of the said SUV was been detained. The injured have been sent to the Capital Hospital for treatment. An investigation had been launched into the matter.
