There has been a road accident in Rayagada district of Odisha in which an oil tankers has collided with a truck. The accident took place on Friday.
According to reliable reports, road accident took place at Guma Ghat in Rayagada district of Odisha. A truck and an oil tanker collided head-on on the Rayagada-Koraput road.
Due to the road accident, roads on both sides were blocked. This has led to a severe traffic jam on National Highway 326.
Following the accident the locals and the local police reached the spot and tried to clear the traffic. The number of people injured is yet to be ascertained. This is a developing story, further detailed reports awaited.
