Parts of Ajay Devgn’s bungalow demolished by BMC, was allegedly constructed without permission, said reports.
The official update of the BMC said, “The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has taken action against alleged unauthorized construction at actor Ajay Devgn’s bungalow in Juhu. The municipal corporation has demolished certain portions of the bungalow.
It is alleged that internal modifications, partition walls, the installation of windows, and other construction work were being carried out without obtaining the necessary permissions.
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) further added, “On September 10, 2026, the BMC issued a notice under Section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, directing that the work be stopped immediately and requiring the submission of necessary documents and permits.”
“However, as the construction work continued despite the notice, the BMC demolished parts of the unauthorized structure,” BMC said in conclusion on Ajay Devgn’s bungalow demolished
