Chief Minister Mohan Majhi inaugurated the first ever snow park in Odisha. It was inaugurated at the newly refurbished Kalinga Studio in Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha.
According to reports, CM Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated the newly renovated and redeveloped world-class Kalinga Studio in Bhubaneswar. There were a list of dignitaries who attended the program.
As a major tourist attraction Kalinga Studio got Odisha’s first ever snow park, CM Mohan Majhi inaugurated it. The Kalinga Studio complex also houses new cinema archive, museum, and OFDC portal.
This will help in equipping local filmmakers with advanced end-to-end production infrastructure to showcase Odisha’s rich cultural heritage on screen. It also has world-class indoor shooting and a tech-zone.
During the inauguration ceremony, Odisha CM interacted with the staff. He even enjoyed the first ever snow park in Odisha. He played volleyball with the other dignitaries inside the show park. The CM was seen wearing snow boots, a thick jacket and gloves while spending time inside the snow park.
The modernization of the historic Kalinga Studio with world-class infrastructure marks a significant step towards empowering Odisha’s film industry and expanding avenues for local talent.
Tourists and locals can buy a ticket and visit the place. It will truly give the experience of a snow clad place and a mega relief from the sweltering heat. Other details awaited.
