Iran plane makes emergency landing after tire bursts mid-takeoff, the scenes from inside the aircraft are scary. The video of the entire incident has gone viral on social media and has been widely shared across all platforms.
A local saying is apt for this situation which says, “if God wants to save you then even death cannot touch you”. It feels as if this is what happened in this plane in Iran.
According to reports, an Iranian Boeing 737 passenger aircraft lost a landing gear tire immediately after takeoff. Due to this, the plane sustained engine damage.
The aircraft turned back immediately and made an emergency landing at Mashhad Airport. The flight was bound for Kermanshah, said reports. However it was a close shave for the passengers, none of them were injured.
The visuals of the incident of the Iran plane makes emergency landing clearly shows parts of the aircraft’s ceiling breaking and falling onto passengers.
The passengers on the other hand, are seen trying to placate each other. A few others are seen clinging on and holding desperately to the seats in front of them.
