Delhi: A Delhi Pune Spicejet flight experienced technical snag in the AC system, that left flyers suffocated. Reports say, a potential accident was averted due to the alertness of passengers.
According to reports, a Delhi Pune SpiceJet flight developed a technical issue. The AC stopped working and the temperature inside the cabin suddenly rose. Almost all passengers including the older people started experiencing difficulty in breathing.
Several passengers alleged that even after the difficulty in breathing faced by several passengers the captain appeared to be in a hurry to take off. Later however, it was confirmed that there was indeed a fault in the aircraft’s air conditioning (AC) system.
Further it has been reported that, all the passengers were deplaned, and a major mishap was averted. In this regard, a demand has been made for the Ministry of Civil Aviation to take action against SpiceJet.
