Since 2011, it has never happened so that Apple has not announced its new iPhone series in September and the legacy is assumed to be carried forward this year as well. Though the company has not officially announced anything about the launch of the much talked about Apple iPhone 18 Pro series next month, but the industry reports indicate something so and leaks suggest major performance upgrade with enhancement in performance, cameras and design.
of course the company has said nothing about the September launch event, but rumor is around that the iPhone 18 Pro series might be announced around September 12 in six variants i.e. iPhone 18, iPhone 18 Air, iPhone 18e, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and Apple’s first foldable iPhone iPhone Ultra.

Now question arises on the purported performance upgrades. If reports are to be believed, the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will feature Apple’s next generation A20 Pro processor, built on TSMC’s 2 nanometre process which aims at major performance enhancement and better power efficacy over the current generation.
Coming to deign reformation, the Apple iPhone 18 Pro devices might include a smaller Dynamic Island and place Face ID components beneath the display. The Pro models might retain 6.3 inch and 6.9 inch display sizes while redefining camera placements with a premium aluminum finish. For durable performance, the iPhone 18 Pro Max could feature a battery of up to 5,500mAh.
Needless to say, like every year there will be a price hike this year as well with the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro series. Reports convey that the iPhone 18 Pro could launch at around ₹1,39,900 in India while the iPhone 18 Pro Max may be priced at ₹1,54,900. Globally, the prices might hike by $250 to $300 over the existing iPhone 17 Pro Models. Color options might include Cloud Blue, Dark Grey, Silver and Dark Cherry etc.
Well, Apple has not officially confirmed anything neither about price, nor features or launch date. The actual details will be announced during the company’s official September event.
