In a shocking and heart rendering incident, a student has allegedly been beaten to death by her teacher in Baliguda block of Kandhamal district in Odisha.
The allegation are from the parents of a third-standard student’s parents. It has been reported that the girl student was from Raikia Block Primary School.
The father and mother have alleged that on July 28, the teacher beat her with a stick in the school. Thay have further alleged that the child’s death occurred right inside the school.
Further, on the same day the doctors at Sorada Hospital declared the student dead. No students have attended school since the incident. There has been strong resentment in the village following this shocking incident. However, the accused teacher denies the allegations.
