There has been a loot at gunpoint in Balasore district of Odisha, said reliable reports on Tuesday. According to reports, the loot has taken place in Nilagiri block of Balasore.
Reports say that the loot at gunpoint in Balasore was effected in Nilagiri. Two armed miscreants reached the spot and pointed the gun and looted the purse and mobile phones.
It has been reported that the victim of the loot was a lady teacher of Nuapatna village. A report in this regard has been registered with the Ishwarpur police station.
The police is investigating into the matter. The armed miscreants have were bike bourn and they fled away. A manhunt has been launched by the local police.
