There has been a shocking armed bank loot in Jamshedpur in broad daylight. Gold and cash has been looted by five armed and masked men.
According to reports, five armed men reportedly entered a nationalized bank branch in Jamshedpur’s Golmuri Market. They held the bank employees hostage before fleeing with cash and pledged gold.
Further reports say that, one bank employee who tried to resist was assaulted and has sustained injuries.
According to reports, as much as Rs. 40 lakh in cash and 23.80 kg of gold, valued at approximately Rs. 33.60 crore was looted. The police have formed an SIT and are examining CCTV footage from the area.
