Minor girl missing from Cuttack

A 7-year-old minor girl missing from Cuttack has been rescued after a search of two long days, said reports. The police rescued the minor girl from Kaipadar in Khurda district of Odisha. Reports further added that, the accused was arrested from Balikuda in Cuttack.

According to reliable reports, the minor girl missing from Cuttack is currently in the custody of Khurda CWC. Reliable reports say that, the minor girl went missing from the railway station near Shikharpur area of Cuttack two days ago.

The minor girl missing from Cuttack was the daughter a couple who had come to Cuttack from Bargarh. They had lodged a complaint that an old man had kidnapped the their daughter. The police verified this claim, the CCTV footage showed the minor girl following the old man.

Ten teams of the Commissionerate Police raided various places to find the girl. The minor girl was rescued with the joint efforts of the CWC team and the police. The minor’s health is stable, said reports. The family of the minor has been informed. A medical examination will be conducted and then minor will be handed over to her parents.
